8.00 – 9.45 a.m. Yoga – (1) personal foundations and practice
10.00 a.m. Breakfast and free time
12.00 Workshop 1 – e.g. Relaxation and how it affects the body
1.30 p.m. Free time with light lunch option
4.00 p.m. Yoga practice (2) with deep breathing techniques
6.30 p.m. Dinner
8.00 – 9.30 p.m. Meditation – techniques to enhance

SUNDAY

8.00 – 9.45 a.m. Yoga practice – (3) including individual posture focus
10.00 a.m. Breakfast and free time
12.00 Workshop 2 – e.g. visualization techniques
1.30 – 2.30 p.m. Final Yoga session
